Wash and Blow-Drys ~ includes a shampoo and conditioner scrub with a blow-dry, ear clean, brush out, and nail clip. Approximate Duration 1.5hr
Wash and Tidy Ups ~ includes everything in the wash and blow-dry, plus eye, paw, tail, and hygiene tidy/trim. Approximate Duration 2 Hours
Full Grooms ~ includes everything in the wash and tidy up, plus a full body haircut. Approximate Duration – 2.5-3hr

Booking Process
Best Buddy’s Grooming & Pet Care is located at 6 Fox Valley Road, Wahroonga, in my home. If you would like to book in, contact Paris at, 0424 540 427 or email, bestbuddysgrooming@gmail.com, if you are a pre-existing client click – Book Now and make a booking request online, these will be responded to within 48hrs. Once you are booked in, you will receive a confirmation text of your booking, with more information about your appointment day. If you are making a booking request online you will receive an email either confirming your booking, followed by a confirmation text of your booking with more information about your appointment day. We may be booked out on the day you requested in which case you will receive a call or text to book you in as soon as possible.
On the day of your grooming appointment, you and your fur baby will be welcomed into my home. On drop off, I will conduct an assessment of your dogs coat and what you would like for your pups groom (e.g. how much length taken off the coat / extra clear trim around the eyes) and discuss if there may be any additional charges (knotting / de-shedding). Please note that extra charges may be applied during the groom as well (e.g. coming across knots that weren’t noticed during the consultation).
You will receive a text message once your pup is 30mins away from being finished with their pampering, and are ready to go home, so no need for you to wait around as dogs tend to be more restless for grooming while their owners are around, feel free to go enjoy some “you” time for a few hours. If you are running late for pick up, daycare charges of $5 will be applied for every 30mins after their pickup time.
Desexing
Having your dog de-sexed is strongly recommended but not necessary. If you have a female un-desexed dog please ensure they are not on heat during any appointments, if they are on heat, bookings will need to be rescheduled.
